“NO GRATUITIES PLEASE” POLICY

At INFINITY, our team members don’t expect and don’t accept gratuities for any of our services.  We greatly appreciate your business and feel as though this type of  ‘Professional service’ should never obligate a client to offer a gratuity, in addition to paying for your services to show your appreciation.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A missed appointment is a loss to everyone: the technician’s valuable time, the business revenue and the clients on a wait list desiring that unfilled appointment time.  We kindly provide you with a courtesy reminder call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We ask that you return the courtesy and kindly call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance when possible, so that we may try to fill your appointment time.  We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require last minute cancellation and we will graciously reschedule you. While we never require a booking fee, nor deposit; we do reserve the right to require a rescheduling fee in advance to reserve your next appointment after repeated  ‘no-shows’ or less than 24 hour cancellations are made by the same client.  Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payments are expected at the time the service is rendered.  We pride ourselves in providing the highest value and quality of treatment and do not require the purchase of packages, therefore financing through outside providers is not offered.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover,  Cash as well as Personal Checks.  There is a $25 returned check fee for insufficient funds.

CHILDREN IN THE OFFICE

Our office is not a conducive environment for unsupervised children. We will do our best to assist in looking after them for the shorter appointments, however, for the safety of your children during appointments that last more than ten minutes, we recommend you make alternative arrangements for the care of them. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment should you not have proper child care for longer appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but this is for the safety and protection of your children.  Thank you for your understanding.

FLEXIBILITY IN SCHEDULING

We encourage our clients to build a great relationship with any of our technicians.  We strive to offer you a very personalized visit each and every time you come to Infinity.  However, we want you to know that it is OK to schedule your appointment with a different technician at any time if it works out better for  your schedule or if you would just like to try the another technician for the sake of variety and a different personality.  We are a team at Infinity, we don’t care who you go to, just as long as you always choose us.  With  both of our laser specialists having eight or more years of experience each, you will always be in good, caring hands.
